Auschwitz-Birkenau tickets: prices, dates and booking

Entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum is only possible with a personalised ticket booked in advance. Below you will find the current ticket types, opening dates and the link to the official ticket shop. If you travel with us, the ticket is reserved for you together with the guide and transport.

Ticket prices

Prices are set by the Museum and are given in Polish złoty (PLN) per person.

Opening dates and hours

The Memorial is open every day except 1 January, 25 December and Easter Sunday. Closing hours change with the season.

The last entry is 90 minutes before closing.

Closed: 1 January, 25 December, Easter Sunday.

Booking rules

  • Every ticket is personalised — the name on the ticket must match your ID document.
  • Bring a passport or ID card; it is checked at the security control.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before the time printed on the ticket.
  • Only small bags up to 30 x 20 x 10 cm may be taken inside.
  • Tickets sell out weeks ahead in summer — book as early as possible.
